We have an extensive menu with many items that are gluten-free, sugar-free, and plant-based/vegan.
We feature 3 signature cakes:
Coconut Lilikoi, coconut cake with a lilikoi buttercream frosting.
Samoa, chocolate cake, caramel frosting, covered in toasted coconut, caramel and chocolate drizzle
Banana Caramel, adapted from our banana bread recipe with a caramel buttercream frosting and uses bananas from our farm whenever possible.

We make more than 10 types of banana bread using up to 70 different types of bananas grown on our farm! We have regular versions in Plain/Original, Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chip, and Coconut. All except Coconut are available in Gluten-Free versions. We also make a “sugar-free” and gluten-free version with or without macadamia nuts, meaning we don’t add sugar and the sweetness comes from using more banana.
