We have an extensive menu with many items that are gluten-free, sugar-free, and plant-based/vegan.
We feature 3 signature cakes:
Coconut Lilikoi: coconut cake with a lilikoi buttercream frosting. Dragon fruit optional.
Samoa: chocolate cake, caramel frosting, covered in toasted coconut.
Banana Caramel: banana cake with a caramel buttercream frosting and uses bananas from our farm whenever possible.

We make 6 types of banana bread using up to 70 different types of bananas grown on our farm! We have regular versions in Plain/Original, Macadamia Nut, Chocolate Chip, and one with Coconut, Macadamia Nuts and Chocolate Chips. We also make a “sugar-free” and gluten-free version with or without macadamia nuts, meaning we don’t add sugar and the sweetness comes from using more banana. We also make a gluten-free Chocolate Chip banana bread.
